Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor, measures an area of 82 square meters, , and features a 28 square meter covered terrace overlooking the lake. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and invites you to linger with views of the Karawanken mountains. The apartment is wheelchair accessible, and for more detailed information, we are at your disposal! Pets are welcome by arrangement!

The living area boasts a large glass front leading directly onto the terrace. In the living area, there is a modern kitchen,equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, and kettle. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery and dishes. The dining table, for up to 6 people, offers a unique view of the lake during meals. The large couch with a television invites relaxation. For more than 4 people, up to 2 additional persons can be accommodated on the cozy pull-out couch.

The two bright and comfortable bedrooms each have two bathrooms and toilets. It is possible to get a crib and a high chair for the little guests. All windows can be darkened with electric blinds and have insect screens.

You can enjoy your holiday with us all year round! The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for hot days and underfloor heating for the cold seasons.
